Schedule of Fees

Minimum Service Charge – $150/month
(Does not apply to court-supervised accounts)
Hourly fees – billed in .10/hour (6 minute) increments.


Trust Administration – $95/hr

Services include but not limited to:

  • Client consultations – no charge for initial (one hour) consultation
  • Vendor contract review and negotiation
  • Marshalling assets and inventory preparation
  • Disbursements
  • Correspondence – letter, fax, telephone or email
  • Legal consultation
  • Items requiring Trustee review and signature

Trust Operations – $70/hr

Services include but not limited to:

  • Contacting vendors
  • Review and pay bills/invoices
  • Expedite vendor payments
  • Collections
  • Expedite securities liquidation, transfer, and distribution
  • Correspondence – letter, fax, telephone or email

Clerical – $50/hr

Services include but not limited to:

  • Filing
  • Trust bank operating account reconciliation
  • Bank deposits
  • Errands (e.g. purchasing and picking up personal items for clients)
  • Retrieve, log, scan, review and route incoming correspondence

Set Up – $80/hr

Services include but not limited to:

  • Time associated with review of estate docs, consultation with drafting and fiduciary attorneys, Completion of in-house paperwork required to set-up asset, liability, vendor and client informational records.
